Returns

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this led to the article being returned being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the article's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return

E-mail info@lemmelkaffe.com with order number and which/which goods are to be returned on the order. We will then send you a return slip via e-mail. Please note that returns must be submitted to a DHL agent!

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. Return cost is SEK 69.This is deducted from the total of your repurchase.
