Customers shopping from Sweden will pay in SEK. Purchases from abroad will be processed in EUR or your local currency. You can pay for your purchase with credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that we currently cannot accept gift cards, cash, or checks online. All prices include 25% VAT.

We deliver your order within Sweden via PostNord MyPack. Shipping costs start at 79 SEK.

International

For deliveries outside Sweden, we use UPS, and the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Please note that prices are displayed in the local currency of your destination country.

Delivery times

We always send out the delivery as soon as we can!
All orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) and come with a tracking number. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

• Sweden: 2-3 working days
• Europe: 3-5 working days
• Rest of the world: 4-7 working days

Delivery times are also provided at checkout for each delivery method. If no specific delivery time is listed, 30 days delivery time applies. If any item has a different delivery time, it will be indicated on the product page. If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you via email. You, as the customer, have the right to cancel your order in case of a delivery delay. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order, but we reserve the right to exclude any compensation for delays.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act, and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without providing any reason. To cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the date you received your order (or a significant part of it). If you, as a customer, have handled the item more than necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality, and this has led to the item being worth less upon return, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the item from the refund. Depreciation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

Please consider the environment before making a return. If you are sure you want to return your order, please pack it as compactly and efficiently as possible.

Contact us at info@lemmelkaffe.com to register your return. Include your order number and specify which item(s) you wish to return.

We will then send you a return slip which you can print, attach to the package, and drop off at a PostNord (for customers in Sweden) or a DHL (for international customers) agent.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund your purchase once your return has been received at our warehouse, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

We will deduct a return shipping fee of 69 SEK from your refund. Any shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

When you order from countries outside the EU, you are required to pay import duties and taxes according to the local regulations in your delivery country. Therefore, the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of duty and taxes varies depending on the country, and UPS will invoice you for the duty and taxes, along with a disbursement fee of approximately 18 EUR/170 SEK for customs clearance services.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Your package will be stored at the pickup location for 14 days. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us, and we will process it as a regular return. The money will be refunded to the account used for the purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSPORT

If a package is damaged upon arrival, you must report it immediately. Contact us if you have opened the package and discover that your product is damaged.
