All products remain the property of Lemmelkaffe until full payment has been made. Any fraudulent attempts will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or errors published on the website, including product descriptions and prices. Due to the digital nature of the photos, we cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products.
4. Orders
After completing your order on lemmelkaffe.com, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address, containing all necessary details regarding your order.
All orders are binding. By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay for the products you ordered as well as any shipping fees. If a purchase is made by mistake, please contact us immediately after your purchase.
5. Payment and Prices
For customers shopping from Sweden, payments are made in SEK. Purchases from abroad are charged in EUR or your local currency. You can pay for your purchase using credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that we are currently unable to accept gift cards, cash, or checks online. All prices include 25% VAT.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver our products to both individuals and businesses in all countries that are selectable during the checkout process. Shipping costs depend on the destination and product weight. Delivery times vary based on location and will be provided during checkout. 7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to applicable laws in your country. For customers within the EU, the Distance Selling Act (DAL) applies.
We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers, meaning you can return products that do not meet your expectations. The product must be returned in unopened packaging and in undamaged condition. Refunds will be processed according to our return policy, and a return shipping fee of 69 SEK will be charged.
